How much do you charge for shipping?

• PAN India: Flat ₹60, regardless of order size/weight, additional free shipping schemes are applicable time to time.

• International Orders: Charges vary by country and are shown at checkout.

When will my order be delivered?

• India: Orders are shipped within 24 business hours and delivered in 4–6 business days depending on location.

• International: Orders usually arrive in 10–15 business days.

What delivery partners do you use?
We work with trusted partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, DTDC, and Ecom Express for India. International shipments are sent via Amarex International.

What if my package looks tampered with?
Please do not accept the package and report it to us immediately at humayajewels@gmail.com within 24 hours. Claims raised later may not be considered.

Who pays customs duty for international orders?
Customs duties and taxes are charged as per your country’s rules and must be paid by the recipient.
