Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) – Humaya Jewels

📦 Orders & Tracking

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp message with details.

  • A tracking link will be shared once your order is dispatched.

  • If your order shows delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us within 48 hours at humayajewels@gmail.com so we can investigate with our courier partner.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • Flat shipping fee: ₹60 across India.

  • Free shipping: On orders above ₹1,200.

  • Orders are shipped within 24 business hours and delivered in 4–6 business days within India.

  • International orders are delivered in 10–15 business days via Amarex International.

  • Please do not accept a package that looks tampered with. Report it to us within 24 hours.

  • Customs duties and taxes for international orders are payable by the recipient.

💳 Payments & Cancellations

  • We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Mobile Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (up to ₹4,000).

  • Only one coupon/discount code can be applied per order.

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed/dispatched by emailing humayajewels@gmail.com.

  • Prepaid refunds are credited back to your source account within 5–7 business days.

🔄 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds are issued only for products damaged in transit and only if a replacement is unavailable.

  • A 360° unboxing video is mandatory for all claims.

  • Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery at humayajewels@gmail.com.

  • If the same product is available, we will replace it; otherwise, a refund will be processed within 3–7 business days after inspection.

  • Returns and exchanges are processed at the order level (not per product).

🌍 International Orders

  • We ship worldwide through Amarex International.

  • Delivery takes 10–15 business days, depending on destination.

  • Customs duties and import taxes are charged by local authorities and are payable by the recipient.

  • International orders can be cancelled only before dispatch by contacting us at humayajewels@gmail.com.

💍 Product Care

  • Our jewellery is anti-tarnish and safe for daily wear with proper care.

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to water (swimming, showers), perfumes, or chemicals.

  • Store your jewellery in the Humaya Jewels microfiber pouch provided to keep it safe from scratches and tarnishing.

  • Light water contact won’t damage the jewellery, but we recommend removing it before heavy exposure.
